Dobie High School opened in 1968 at its original campus on Beamer Road. As the years have gone by, the student population boomed and the students moved into a new campus at the beginning of the 2003-2004 school year. Funding for the new high school was approved by voters as part of the 2000 bond issue.

From national championships and medals in academic decathlon to numerous district titles in athletics, Dobie students have become well-known for their performance in the classroom, on the court and on the field.

Pasadena High School has a long and storied past, as students first began attending classes in 1923. Much has changed since then, as the school has more than 2,400 students attending the campus today. Many renovations and additions have taken place at the campus over the years in order to provide a quality learning environment.

Students have earned recognition in countless UIL academic, fine arts and athletic contests, thus keeping "Eagle Pride" alive and well over the years.
